Used to play sports in high school. Went to college, and this first year I put on the freshman 15. I haven't been running for a while, but would like to start up again. I'm pretty knowledgeable about health and what not, no crazy BS.
Basically, I'm just hoping someone out on this board is looking to get started running too, and I thought maybe we could check in with each other at night, log down our exercise, offer motivation and encouragement, talk nutrition, whatever.
