I'm Tara and I just joined; I'm interested in losing a little weight and talking to others who also want to. About me, I'm 21 and 5'4 - 5'5 (somewhere in between). I weigh 125 and I want to get down to 115. I don't think that's too skinny, I think it's pretty healthy. My highest weight was 140, two years ago (I gained the freshman 15) and my lowest was 120. I eat whatever I want basically, but I go to the gym 3-4 times a week and do extensive cardio and strength training.
